a mobile payment option when providers are out
in the field. It’s easy to apply, and looks really
professional, too. The smart terminal looks like
you’re at a regular retail store with the chip reader
and the signing screen - we print a thermal receipt
and staple their paperwork together - it just makes
the payment process so much easier.

We have Sycle Credit Card Processing, which has
really streamlined everything for us. We can pull in
real time to see where we’re at during the day. If
you have to, you can recharge, you can refund with
the system without calling in or looking through
your paper receipts. You can capture the signatures
so if there’s ever a question, we can say “no, it
looks like you signed it here” - we only retain paper
receipts for very long. It’s been really nice in that
regard.
We found that the money hits the bank the next
day. With the credit card terminal we had through
the bank, it didn’t hit until two, sometimes three
days later. It didn’t make any sense! The third party
one is going through overnight, so what is the hold
up?
