Best Practices for Mentors

•Schedule a half-day at SY to go through all teams (15-45’ each) at first•Be open, ask questions (even dumb ones), play the devils advocate•Agree on at least 1 thing with each team that they will do or discuss, with a deadline•Try to schedule a follow up meeting with at least half of the teams•Feel free to be in touch also by email
