CHNG 2. CHN V THUYT MINH DY CHUYN SN XUT

2.1. Chn dy chuyn sn xutLa m khc vi la go l la go c lp v tru dy, lc lin kt gia v vi ni nh b nn qu trnh lm sch ht la go rt d dng. Cn la m c lp v mng lc lin kt vi ni nh ln, ng thi ht la m c pha lng v pha bng, pha bng lm, nn vic lm sch b mt ht gp nhiu kh khn. Nu khng lm sch tt s lm gim cht lng ca bt m thnh phm. 2.1.2. Lm sch bng phng php t - Nguyn tc: Nhng ht vo trong nc ra trong mt thi gian nht nh.
