Capt. Matthias Bosse Partner / Master Mariner Unlimited

Passionate about expedition cruising, Matthias has served on large Yachts and expedition cruise ships for more than 20 years. He accomplished world circumnavigations, numerous cruises to Antarctica, the Northwest Passage and into the Arctic. He sailed the river Amazon all the way up to Iquitos and is also familiar with the more common cruising grounds within the Atlantic, Indic and Pacific. Matthias has been Master of prestigious yachts as M/Y “CARINTHIA VII” and M/Y “LADY MOURA” including full responsibility for budget, operations and Yacht Management

Astrid A. Aschenbrenner Associate / Dipl. Kauffrau

Based on a childhood spent between French Guyana, France, Africa, and Germany, Astrid provides an impressive intercultural understanding. While studying Business Administration, at the Ludwigs Maximilians Universität (LMU) in Munich she specialized in Marketing and later followed a career as media Planner and strategist for leading marketing firms. Besides her primary occupation as Category Development Manager with YAHOO! Germany she strongly supports SWISS OCEAN with her language skills and marketing expertise.

Caspar Andri Largiader Partner / Naval Architect / Ships Finance

Andri provides over 10 years experience in managing technical and financial shipping projects. Before joining SWISS OCEAN he headed the Ships Finance Devision at „Hannover Leasing“. Andri held various technical management positions for companies such as „BLOHM & VOSS, Hamburg“, „COLUMBIA SHIPMANAGEMENT, Cyprus and for „ABC Maritime“ a major Swiss ship management company. Andri holds a masters degree in Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering and Systems Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the ETH Zürich Switzerland.

Antje Bosse Associate / MBA

During her twelve years in the travel industry including seven years at sea, Antje became familiar with destinations world wide, including South and Central America, Arctic and Antarctic. She will never forget the Northwest Passage! She has worked as self employed Shore Excursion Manager and Cruise Director for the renowned luxury cruise companies „SEA CLOUD Cruises“ and „HAPAG LLOYD“. She holds a university degree and wrote her master’s thesis on cruise marketing. Her true passion is organizing voyages off the beaten tracks and exploring foreign shores.

Michael J. Zerr Partner / Capt. STCW95 Unlimited

Michael has a strong sailing background. After studying Business Administration and Nautical Sciences Michael started his nautical career as Navigator aboard the legendary tall ships „SEACLOUD“ and „SEACLOUD II“ The service on Sailing ships proved to be of formative influence. His sailing days were followed by years as first and second nautical officer on board the cruise ships MS „EUROPA“ and the expedition cruise ship MS „BREMEN“ of Happag Lloyd. Since 2007 he has been serving as Staff Captain / Relief Captain on board the Motor Yacht „LADY MOURA“ before becoming founding partner of SWISS OCEAN
