Swastik Technocast Limited incorporated in 2008 and engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Fire-Fighting Equipment’s and Steel Casting (Ferrous & Non Ferrous).

Company is headed by MD Mr. S K Jain and organization structure is split into various departments like Production, Marketing, Accounts, Materials and Personnel & Admin.

Our manufacturing facility is located in Delhi-NCR Region at Village: Dunduhera (Delhi-Saharanpur State Highway), PO: Khekra-250101, Dist. Baghpat (UP), India

The plant is spread over an area of 10,000 sq.m on two floors; 5000 Sq. on each floor. On Ground Floor Melting Shop, Moulding Shop (Sand Casting, Investment Casting), Grinding, Fettling and Surface Finishing Shop (Shot blasting, Sand casting & Buffing) are located and on First Floor CNC Machine Shop, Fabrication Shop, Powder Coating and Assembly Shop are located. Raw Material and Consumables Stores are located on the Ground Floor and Finished Goods Store is located on the First Floor.

Our Testing Laboratory is located on Ground Floor, which is equipped with latest testing machines, following equipment are installed in the Test Laboratory i.e. Spectrometer (Amtek, Germany) for testing of chemical composition of steel, Universal Testing Machine for testing of tensile strength of casted material, Brinell Hardness Tester for testing of hardness of casting material, Digital Impact Tester-for Impact testing , Impact tester for Hose Drum Reel and Hydro testing facility and Non Destructive Testing (UT, MPI & DP) are also available in house and located at First Floor.

Quality Control is carried out at Incoming, In process and Pre-Despatch stages in accordance with Control Plan which includes stages for step-by-step operation and checks as per drawings and specifications.

Our Company is certified for ISO: 9001:2015 by TUV-NORD GmbH, ISO: 14001:2015 by LMS and PED|2014|68|EU By TUV Rheinland Certification and our products are certified by BIS (Bureau of Indian Standard). Our customers are from different industries which include Civil Buildings Contractors, CPWD Contractors, Chemical Plants, Power Plants, Defence establishments, Air-Port Authority, Ports, State Fire Services and other National and International clients.

extinguishing medium for Class A, B & C fires. It is mix of mono

specification.
