What is offered Customised projects for small and medium sized facilities that include: • AUDIT RECOMMENDATIONS to identify energy

and water opportunities including costs, savings and payback;

• SUSTAINABILITY RATING SYSTEM (5 star); • RETROFITS through immediate action involving

quick and low-cost implementations; • EDUCATION AND BEHAVIOUR CHANGE program; • ENERGY AND WATER CONSUMPTION data

collection and CONSUMPTION PROFILE ANALYSIS; • METER NUMBER COLLECTION; • AUTOMATICALLY GENERATE REPORTS in PDF

and excel and ongoing storage of information using Ironbark’s Building Audit and Rating Tool;

• OTHER BUILDING RATINGS such as Waste, Access and Heatwave performance.

Costs SSF generally costs around $800 per site plus initiation and closure costs. Around $300 worth of retrofits per site that pay themselves back within 2-3 years can be included. Alternatively if Council do the site visit themselves, reports cost around $600 per site
