To reflect considerations emerging through the examination. The

continued inclusion of development limits would promote a

disconnected pattern of development and the removal of limits from

this location ensures consistency in their application.

MACM/SC1/b SC1 Amend development limits to exclude the group

of houses.





MACM/SC1/c SC1 Amend the development limits to remove an

area of white land.

The site represents an extension behind established and defined

properties, and would result in a lack of clarity by virtue of its scale and

realistic potential to accommodate a market housing schemes of 5 or

more dwellings. In this regard its inclusion as an unallocated site (white

land) would have the potential to impact un duly on the certainty of the

Plan contributing to potential over provision of residential

development.
