A 10,000 GALLON UNDERGROUND CISTERN WAS INSTALLED TO COLLECT RAINWATER. THIS RAINWATER IS USED FOR FLUSHING TOILETS, LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION, AND VEHICLE WASHING.

VEGETATED ROOFS ARE UTILIZED AS A STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FEATURE, BUT ALSO ARE BENEFICIAL TO BUILDING INSULATION, EXTENDING THE LIFE OF THE ROOF AND REDUCING THE HEAT ISLAND EFFECT.
THERE ARE VEGETATED ROOFS ON NEW HALL AND THE SAM MILLAR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COMPLEX.
