SUSIAccess FAQsDo we need to download any app for mobile devices or notebook computers to be the console side?No, all you need is the browser, and then key in the IP address or domain name of the SUSIAccess server side.

Notice: You need to key in “:8080” when you are using Local Area Network.

Then, you can access the webpage.

SUSIAccess FAQsWhat bandwidth is required for the client during normal logging operation and during a remote control session?For data transmission only, about 1KB; for remote KVM control, 0.1MB under the condition that the client side uses a display with resolution 800x480 16 bits.

SUSIAccess FAQsIf the server is offline, are the status logs buffered on the client and pushed up to the server when communication is re-established?The server sends the request to the clients every 5~10 seconds, and then each client will respond with the information of hardware/software status. Therefore, when the server is back to online from the offline status, it will automatically retrieve the data from the clients every 5~10 seconds.
