Multi-Tenancy with FlexFrame Pools
Pools are separated with VLAN technology
Each pool has a dedicated storage, server and client VLAN
Pools can be viewed as e.g. a customer or department
which do not share servers as common resource.
The control center supervises multiple pools. This gives
control over multiple customers or departments without the
need of multiple control nodes.
Customer benefits:
‒ more customers on one FlexFrame and still single
point of control and necessary security
‒ ideal for SAP hosting and service partners
‒ pools can also be used for cloning of SAP services
without SAP post-processing
