Responsible for completing all new PRP’s and maintained existing product costing, packaging, labor cost and all incremental added costs in the Product Pricing Management System and Plant Floor System for both Pork facilities, Ottumwa and Beardstown.

Responsible for creating and maintaining existing and new product code yield setup in the Plant Floor System for both Pork facilities.

Perform yield tests as needed at the request of sales and operations. Responsible for maintaining data for the annual ABC model update. Reviewed packaging variances and attended weekly packaging meeting with operations to discuss

and troubleshoot variances. Collaborated daily with Supervisors, Sales and R&D to discuss new product setups and

improvements on existing products to insure that the costing is accurate and reasonable. Responsible for RIM reporting and controlling records on and off-site. Analyze and communicate with Agristats staff to make sure calculations are correct.

help troubleshoot and explain yield variances to help insure that they are operating at their full potential.

Perform daily physical vs. perpetual inventory reconciliation to insure accurate daily/weekly P&L reporting. Work closely with outside storage facility to insure that Cargill’s inventory procedures are being adhered to.

Input and maintain all records stored by the facility in the TRIM database insuring that proper retention codes are selected to insure adherence to Cargill’s retention policies and also coordinate the destruction of those records as needed.

Responsible for creating and maintaining existing and new product code yield setup in the Plant Floor System for both facilities, Ottumwa and Beardstown.

Vacation relief for several positions including daily input and gross margin P&L tie-out, posting of sales, payroll processing, billing and invoicing and weekly Bar-S P&L.
