Oral Head and Neck Cancer Awareness Week (OHANCAW) is here! The Head and Neck Cancer Alliance would like to invite you to utilize your creativity and passion for life to help raise awareness of head and neck cancer. If you can operate a digital video camera or smartphone, then you could be in the running to win a cash prize of $500 (1 st place), $250 (2 nd place), and $100 (3 rd place)! All you have to do is develop a video, and share your story to raise awareness. All videos : • must be no longer than 60 seconds • must include logo of Head and Neck Cancer Alliance and OHANCAW as shown below at the beginning and end of the video for 5 seconds each (www.ohancaw.com) • must include a personal message or "my story" • may not include any physicians names or photos • may not include hospital or clinic location of treatments Submit your video file to [email protected] by, May 31 st . Confirmation emails will be sent within 24 hours upon receipt of your video submission. All participants submitting a video consent to allowing HNCA to use these materials for purposes of program promotion, advertising or public relations. ATTENTION HEAD AND NECK CANCER SURVIVORS:
