Cannabidiol (CBD) is a cannabis compound found in the flowery leaves of the marijuana plant. CBD has been found to be of significant medical benefits and when isolated from other cannabis compounds (such as THC), does not leave people feeling “stoned”.

Cannabis Related Uses refer to any retail store or outlet selling products containing cannabis compounds (including CBD) are sold. This includes medical marijuana dispensaries in states where medical marijuana is legal and medical and recreational marijuana and related products in states where the sale and use of marijuana are legal.

Cannabis laws vary by state. Some states have legalized cannabis, others allow medical marijuana use, and some have decriminalized personal use. Eighteen states have not legalized the use or possession of cannabis and it remains fully illegal, view by state here: www.thecannabisindustry.org

Vape Shops are stores that sell aerosol “smoking” devices from oil cartridges containing nicotine and other chemicals. Vaping devices include vape “pens”, “e-cigarettes” and “MODS” or advanced personal vaporizers.
