National Coordination Mapping national strategies policies and structures, enabling new ones Creating national processes for implementing Open Access and increasing specific
policies (mandates by funders, national laws, institutional mandates, gold publishing)- National Task Forces-National Meetings in each of the countries in the fall
Coordinating the Med countries, as well as other countries Partner workshop to discuss findings and prospects
European and International networking A European Workshop: to take place in Feb 2012 at Minho, possibly alongside an
OpenAire workshop to maximize synergies between projects Guidelines for the implementation of OA policies Networking and creating synergies
Outreach and Engagement Dissemination activities, project platform and European Conference organisation Final project conference
