SUPPLIER COLLABORATIVE PLANNING—SUPPLIER REQUEST FOR USERNAME AND PASSWORD To Request Account Access to Supplier Collaborative Planning go to the website www.cuminsfiltration.com and click on Fleetguard Access:

After clicking on Fleetguard Access, click on “Click Here to Enter” in the bottom left of the screen:

After clicking on “Click Here to Enter” click on the option which states “Collaboration – Purchase Orders and Demand Schedules”

You will then be directed to a Login screen. At this screen, please click on “New User Registration”

You will then be redirected to the “Fleetguard Access Registration” screen. Fill in all fields at contain an *, and create a unique User Name and Password and Confirm that Password. th

You will also need to click the box which indicates you agree to the terms and conditions for use of this site. Once completed, click on “Continue”

On the next page, fill in the required information and click on “Register”
