ACTION GAME: Superhero Freeze Game
Directions: Put on some superhero music (like Superman March by Cincinnati Pops Orchestra.)
Hold up one of the superhero action cards and have your family start moving around the room performing the action on the card (e.g. start swimming around the room like Aquaman.)
When you hold up a new card, your family change their action. You can either announce the change, or, quietly hold up the card and see who sees it first! As an additional element, make a card that says “FREEZE.”
Note: You might want to practice each action ahead of time and have the children practice running in place as fast as they can if you are indoors (rather than running around the room.)

TP Roll Super Hero Cuffs
http://www.readingconfetti.com/2013/08/tp-roll-super-hero-cuffs.html
We made super hero cuffs from toilet paper rolls. We started by painting the empty rolls with metallic paint. (You want to paint the rolls and let them dry before you cut into them.)
When they were dry, I cut a slit along one side and rounded the corners.
Finally, we added some glittery stickers and they were ready to wear.
My son wanted lightning bolts for his cuffs. Since we didn't have any stickers that shape, I drew some lightning bolts on craft foam and he cut them out and glued them in place. (He also sprinkled on glitter before the paint dried.)
I think they turned out even cuter than the stickers.
Spiderman Web Directions: Paint paper plate red & let dry. Punch holes around edge. Have child
lace with yarn to create a web. Add Spiderman sticker.
