HOW DOES SUNVIS GPS RECEIVER WORK?

To work out where you are, your navigation device needs to know two

things:

The location of at least four satellites above you,

Your distance from each of those satellites.

The Tracking technology platform integrates 3 key components:

Sunvis GPS Beacon

Mobile monitoring begins with a wireless locatable device called a

beacon. This beacon includes a Sunvis GPS receiver, which enables it to

receive GPS data from a constellation of Earth Orbit Satellites. The

beacon calculates its position, speed, direction and time.

Mobile Networks

The Mobile networks and antennas serve as the communication bridge

between the beacon and Sunvis GPS software. The wireless technology

platform supports the latest wireless technology to give optimum

performance and signal recognition.

Web-Based Software

At the heart of the GPS Tracking system is a web based software platform

which positions the location of the vehicle in position in a Google Map. It

is a SQL database which receives the data’s from the Beacon and stored

it for use of the GPS tracking Software

What does a GPS vehicle tracking system do?

The beacon receives GPS data from the satellites.

The beacon calculates its position, and sends the data over

the cellular network.

The Tracking system will then transmit the data according to

your preferences, as specified within your web-based

software. You can specify the tracking data based on time

(minimum of 6 sec) or based on distance.

The cellular network transmits the data to the Web servers

SQL database which stores it in the SQL Server

The Web Based Software picks up the data from the SQL

database and places it on the Google map for you to view the

location of the Vehicles

STUDENT TRACKING MADE EASY

SUNVIS provides a custom GPS Tracking Solution designed for educational institutions. The solution is primarily focused at enhancing the student safety as well as the accountability of the travel operations. More than just remotely tracking the vehicles, the solution is designed to track every student, using RFID integration. This solution enables the school / college authorities to manage their transport operations more efficient, at the same time provide better peace of mind for the parents.

GPS TRACKING WITH RFID STUDENT CARD Sunvis School Bus Management System, consisting of GPS

device and RFID reader, will be installed on the school buses. The RFID reader is designed to work with GPS tracking, interfaced to the Sunvis Server. All students will be issued an RFID based ID card. When the student entered or the exited the bus, the ID card was read, and the information was made available for the management to see on a real-time basis. At the same time an SMS was also sent to the parents about their kid's entry and exit into the bus. This new development will enhance our safety measures in alignment with many other initiatives that have taken place over the past year to enhance the security of the Students.

GPS TRACKING WITH RFID TAG All students will be issued an RFID based Active Tag. When

a student present in the bus, the Tag will be deducted, and the information was made available for the management to see on a real-time basis. At the same time an SMS was also sent to the parents about their kid's entry and exit into the bus. When the Active Tag is not present, the System send an SMS about the Students exits the Bus
