Electrical control system. A complete integrated control system. It provides full automation with as little operator intervention as possible.

Ozonation Disinfection and initial break-up of organic material is done by injecting Ozone in to the feed water.

CIP system A complete CIP (Cleaning In Place) system that can be used with the UF systems.

Reverse Osmosis System A complete Reverse Osmosis system for the reduction of salinity to acceptable drinking water levels meeting WHO standards and current EU directives.

Activated Carbon Filtration The GAC after the UF filter removes small organic molecules, medications, chlorine, pollutants and toxins, as well as many other types of chemical elements and compounds from the water.

Ceramic Membrane Ultra-filtration (UF) system Our ceramic membranes are used to separate solids and dissolved macromolecules, eliminate viruses and bacteria, retain the fermented biomass and remove particulate chemical oxygen demand (COD).

Climate-controlled container All components are mounted in a single patented 40-foot container. Climate control ensures optimal operational conditions. The patented frame allows for easy mounting of components, ensures safety in shipping and easy access during maintenance

STW Water, in conjunction with Sunstone Water Group, has introduced Sunstone’s patented modular wastewater treatment system to the State of Texas. STW, in conjunction with Sunstone is performing a pilot project, subject to the oversight of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), with one of the major cities in Texas. The purpose is to demonstrate and show the efficiency of the system and to also gain acceptance and approval for use commercially in municipalities. STW, with its manufacturing partner Sunstone Water Group, also has the technology to reclaim municipal wastewater to potable reuse standards. It is specifically referred to as: Municipal Reclaimed “NEW” Water (formerly "Toilet-to-Tap”). STW’s Reclaimed “NEW” Water systems for reclaimed wastewater with its advanced pre-treatment process combined with Hybrid high brackish high recovery or Seawater Reverse Osmosis System is capable of purifying contaminated water with a variety of complex water qualities thereby preventing fouling attacks on membranes & allowing reliable operation with significantly reduced operating expenses and decreased power consumption.
