Has there been an occasion when a farmer, merely to switch on his pump set, has

to walk to his field in the dark of night having to face snakes, scorpions and such

dangers? Yes, many times, as farmers will testify. Even after this inconvenient

trudge, the farmer discovers that there is load-shedding, the electrical power is

This new product line of inverters converts DC energy from solar modules into clean, stable AC power that is ideal for powering demanding appliances. Our inverters are designed for high efficiency: Integrated advanced microprocessor

An extra advantage: THD < 3 %. As a special, high-performance benefit, True Sine Wave Inverters offer a THD (total harmonic distortion) of less than 3 percent, providing top

performance and superior efficiency. Overload, short circuit, DC over/under voltage, and overheating protection are standard on all models. Now, even typical home appliances (supplied

from AC outlets) can be powered by small solar home systems (12-48 voltage range).

Micro Inverter

Improved safety – as power conversion from DC to AC is done at each

solar module, high voltage DC wiring is eliminated, making the solar

system intrinsically safer, and specialized DC practices or equipment

are not required for installation.

Increased lifetime and reliability – it eliminates the single most

common cause of failure in solar PV systems, the string or central

inverter, which typically requires replacement at least once over the

life of the solar modules, adding significant cost. DARF ON’s solar micro

inverters have been designed for high reliability operations, to operate

in real world conditions from -40 degrees C to +65 degrees C.

Enhanced monitoring capability – performance monitoring of the PV

array is highly enhanced as each module’s performance can be

viewed, a capability not available with string inverters. This uniquely

provides users and installers with real-time detailed information to

ensure that the solar system performance is optimized over the life

of the installation. The information can be used to promptly detect

performance issues and pinpoint the exact location and nature of the

problem, which provides precise guidance for required maintenance,

a capability not possible with string inverter systems.

Simplified PV array design and installation – for rooftop installations,

solar modules can be installed on any available space resulting in ease

of design of the PV array compared with conventional inverter

installations where design of the PV array module placement is

complicated by shading issues. This makes solar installations easier,

faster and cheaper to implement. Also, installers do not need to match

the performance levels of adjacent solar modules in order to optimize

the performance of the PV array.

Mounting Structure

Sunnon Technologies is offering solar mounts for your solar PV projects. Mounts are offered for fixed and ground mounted installations, pitch roof installations, and pole mounted installations.

Mounting structural elements including poles, beams, and purlins are manufactured from standard MS profiles that are then hot dipped galvanized and designed to withstand wind loads of 200 kmph.

Tilt angles may be varied from 10 to 60 degrees in most cases.

Sun Tracking System

Tracking systems that adjust the position of PV modules to follow the sun can boost yields from solar installations by 40% or more. Two basic configurations for tracker systems are available.

Single-axis trackers rotate about one axis, azimuthally orienting the panels to track the sun's movements over the course of a day. Dual-axis trackers provide both azimuth rotation for daily tracking and tilt rotation for sea-sonal

tracking the movement of the sun. Sunnon Technologies (India) offers standard single and dual axis tracking products for commercial applications (kW scale). These trackers are mounted on a galvanized steel pole

structure and use PLC driven linear actuators/worm gears to orient the PV panels and track the sun. The trackers have built in wind protection to protect the panels if the wind speeds are too high. The trackers can accommodate solar PV modules upto 25 sq. m.
