• Stay on paths and lawn areas

• Leash your dog, pick up and dispose of pet waste in receptacles

• Do not feed the fish

• Do not pick the flowers

• No bicycles, skateboards or rollerblades

• No swimming or wading

• No smoking

• Park Hours: 6:00a – 10:00p

• Restroom Hours: 8:00a – 8:30p (available only from April 15-October 15)

Donation InformationThank you for your continued support of Lincoln’s Sunken Gardens. Your donations make it possible for visitors

to enjoy the gardens every year without ever having to pay an admission fee. Donation boxes are located at

the 27th & C Street and 26th & D Street entrances.

For contributions to the Sunken Gardens Endowment Fund, simply make your check

payable to the Lincoln Parks Foundation and send it to 2740 A Street, Box 201, Lincoln,

The Paving the Path program at Sunken Gardens was established to allow those who wish to be a part

of this special place while also building the endowment fund to forever care for the plant material and

infrastructure.

You can honor special friends or family members, celebrate graduations or weddings or commemorate

holidays by purchasing a Paving the Path brick in either of two sizes: 5 ½ “x 8” for $250 or 8” x 11” for $750.

If the donor wishes, a letter will be sent to the honoree or honoree’s family indicating that a brick has been

purchased in their honor. Contact the Lincoln Parks Foundation at lincolnparks.org or 402-441-8258 for

more information.
