WithinafewyearsBharti becamethefirsttelecomcompanyto crossthe 2-millionmobilesubscribermark.Bharti alsobrought downthe STD/ISD cellularratesinIndia underbrand name'Indiaone.

to discussthepotentialtransactionexclusivelyby 31 July 2009.Bharti Airtel said inastatement"Bharti Airtel Ltd ispleased toannouncethatithasrenewed itseffortforasignificantpartnership withMTN Group".
