Council #1631 Family of the Month for September:

FUNERAL DINNER COMMITTEES: The Funeral Dinner ministry provides food and comfort to the family and friends of the deceased on the day of the funeral Mass. This ministry sets up, cooks, serves and cleans up the meal. There are envelopes in the back of each church and the hall at St Joe for donations to support the purchase of food. There is a need for more volunteers at all 3 churches. Pleases call the Parish Office if you would like to help with the meals.

ST THERESE OF LISIEUX’S FEAST DAY: The Parish will begin the traditional 24 Glory Be Novena to the Little Flower starting on September 23 that will end on her feast day of October 1. The parish has a first-class relic of the saint that will be available for veneration before or after the daily Masses during those 9 days. The novena can be said at a place and time of your choosing during the 9 days and still garner the benefits of this parish-wide prayer. The Glory Be Novena will be recited publicly on September 23 at 5:30pm before Thursday Adoration Hour at St Joe’s and again on Oct 1 at 5:45pm prior to the First Friday Mass at St. Anne.
