OMG it’s BRUNCH time

Friday and Saturday nights aren’t happening anymore. Sunday afternoons are! Sunday brunch is the place to be.

Sundays have become a big hit in every part of the world. The world waits anxiously for Sunday to either overcome Saturday night hangovers or to gear up for manic Mondays. Whatever maybe the occasion,

it’s always perfect for a Sunday brunch.

From pocket-friendly venues to upscale 5-star hotels, the obvious mandatory Sunday-Brunch attire leans towards the floral prints section. Out come our floral printed dresses, maxi skirts, shorts, crop tops etc.

and bright, vibrant clothes.

Sadly our friends like navy blue, dark brown, burgundy, black etc are forgotten and pushed to the back of our wardrobe. People often don’t choose solid darker tones for day events but surprisingly darker tones when mixed with the right amount of accessories and footwear can be very eye-catching.

Let’s take this drab and boring navy blue shift dress and turn it into the perfect brunch look.

Navy blue is a beautiful and subtle colour, choose a contrast colour/print/design and let it flow throughout.

The multicoloured abstract prints give an edgy and vibrant appeal to the stubtle shade.

Known for being a bit aunty-ish, let’s transform this simple burgundy skater dress into a definite head-turner.

Mix and match it with a little bit of old school and modern trends.

Seldom do women choose brown as the go-to colour for Brunch.

This colour would smudge well with any animal print add-on for this look.

That touch of bright yellow brought the whole look together.

Don’t be afraid to play with colour, let your clothes do all the talking.

Happy brunchin’!!!Fiona. A. Pereira
