Issue of birth certificate NOTICE TO PUBLIC IN GENERAL WHEREAS, the applicant namely Hem Raj S/o Parma Nand R/o Village Satyalta Tehsil Ramnagar District Udhampur has filed an application seeking direction to SHO Police Station Ramanagar to register date of birth of his sons namely Anish Kumar, Meenakshi Devi and Priya Devi were born on 25.02.2005. 27.04.2007 and 11.01.2012 in the concerned register kept in the said SHO Police Station Ramnagar and issue certificate of birth under. The Registration of Births and Deaths Act 1969 as his birth particulars have been registered anywhere in the Police records. Therefore. by virtue of this notice, public in general is informed that if any person has any objection in respect of the afore-mentioned application he/they may appear in this court either personally or through a Counsel and file his/their objections within a period of 15 days from the date of publica- tion of this notice failing which the said application shall be deat in accor- dance with law. Sd/- Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ramnagar Selfie mania claims two more lives MIRZAPUR (UP), Apr 16: A 'selfie' moment has ended in a tragedy for two youths who were run over by a train while clicking themselves on the tracks in the district while a curious onlooker trying to get a closer look at them fell to his death from the train. The incident took place about 20 metres from railway crossing, Mirzapur when Vinod (18) and Jitendra(20) were trying to take a selfie in front of the Brahmaputra mail and were warned by the gateman on duty to step away. They tried to jump on another railway line when the train came closer but failed, a senior railway official said. Another person, who was on the train and was trying to get a closer look at them fell off the Brahmaputra Mail and died, the offi- cial said. (PTI)
