Dear Madam,

CRISILhas audited the placement report prepared by Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar(XIMB), for the summer internship placements of the students of the 2012-14 batch of the PGDMprogramme. The placement report is the responsibility of XIMB. Our responsibility is to validate theinformation provided in the report with the relevant documentation, and comment on theplacement report's conformance with the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS),version 2.1.

In this context, CRISILconfirms the following:1. For the purpose of the audit, we have obtained all the information and explanations, which to

the best of our knowledge and belief were necessary. In our opinion, the Placement Reportcomplies with the Indian Placement Reporting Standards, version 2.1.

2. The validation of information presented in the report is based on communication received byXIMB from recruiting companies. CRISILhas not independently sourced any information ordocumentation.

3. CRISILhas verified the information with respect to job function and stipends presented in thereport, based on communication received from recruiters. The data regarding location has beenverified with communication from either recruiters or students.

4. The offer letters of nine students were not available for audit and therefore have not beenincluded in calculations.
