Its dark green leaf and full leaved basal qualities result in a high percentage marketable yield. This variety is very adaptable and as a result can be used to fulfil both fresh market and processing orders. Summergreen when used with outher Premier Green varieties such as SV7027JG, Winter Special and Winter Supreme result in good continuity giving year-round Premier Green supply.
