Membership of our incredibly popular family club costs just £1 and includes exclusive offers for family shows. Once you are a member you can also attend our Saturday morning activity sessions. The Saturday sessions are drop-in between 10.30am and 12.30pm unless stated otherwise, and cost just 50p per child. See below for this summer’s fun packed workshops.

Use a paper plate and paint to create an animal mask.

Make a clay picture frame.

Circus Skills Workshop for ages 5 and over, adults take part together. Two sessions with set start times: 10.30am and 11.35am. Limited numbers, pre booking at box office is advised.

Make an origami frog or butterfly.

Make a puppet character.

Story telling with Artful Playground – an interactive session for children to join in. Two sessions, with set start times: 10.30am and 11.30am.

Galactic Picture – paint an outer space picture of planets, stars and space shuttles.

Join Alice on an enchanted journey that leads her to a chaotic underground adventure. Meet the White Rabbit, the Mad Hatter, Tweedledum and Tweedledee, and other quirky characters in this ingenious and wonderfully energetic open air adventure.The performance takes place in the open air at Walkden Gardens and will go ahead rain or shine.
