Machines in Plant

Pitch Control TappingMachine

The machine is most suitable for mass

production and precision quality control

lines. All moving parts are made of alloy

steel, hardened and ground. Spindle

bore is precision bored to give close

tolerances as per requirements. Three

in-built safety features with clutches help

in quality thread production and eliminate

tap breakages. Threads are never 

fractured or over cut due to elimination of 

excessive thrust force of feeding spindle.

The practically zero wear and tear of this

machine scores high against poor 

repeatability and short life span of lead

screw in conventional machines. The

machine is provided with complete

electricals, two sets of gear and suitable

tap collate as standard equipment.

E.R Automotives should focus on

advertisement for sales promotion

Should search for new markets outside

North India

There should be some reduction in prices

Company should launch some schemes

like discounts, prizes for sales promotion
