**FREE ‘Movie Mondays’ at Segerstrom Center for the Arts , 600 Town Center Dr, Costa Mesa/across the street from South Coast Plaza) Located in the cemented outdoor Arts Plaza , so bring camping chairs, snacks or picnic dinner, and light jackets! FREE Movies start at but go early to save space for your chairs (area opens at ). If you park at the mall and walk over the bridge it is free, or if you park in the parking structure the parking fee is around $10. (1982, PG, 115 minutes) **FREE ‘Summer Movie Series’ at Triangle Square Cinemas , 1870 Harbor, Costa Mesa. Movies are and mornings, doors open at and the movies start at . It is a first comefirst serve basis, once the seats are filled the doors close. FREE Admission for everyone ! Small popcorn and small sodas are available for $1 each. Bring lowback chairs, blankets and a picnic or purchase items from food trucks or the snack bar. Bring chairs, blankets, snacks and light jackets as you will be sitting on the sand next to the Back Bay. The Dunes charges a parking fee of $10 per car , so carpool or you can park on the street for free. Movies start at dusk around , so go early and save your spots. Movies are on Fridays and Saturdays (except holiday weekends). My family has gone for years and it’s a fun event, I do recommend chairs with straps or a wagon to bring your stuff (if you bring a lot) as the walk from the lot to the ‘screen’ is about ¼ mile on a sidewalk. The Dunes used to post the movies online, but they no longer advertise it. You will need to call the Dunes at 9497293863 to find out what movies are playing that weekend. Aladdin Gulliver's Travels Call the Dunes for other weekends… **FREE Concerts in the Park (Fairview Park, 2525 Placentia Ave, Costa Mesa, just south of our ward building) evenings in July. The preshow begins at with gourmet food trucks, community booths and children's activities (these are cost items) or bring your own picnic dinner for free. The FREE live music show starts at .
