is a multicultural project with the goal to effectively develop young people’s potential in an international environment by spreading cultural awareness and providing leadership coaching among the Czech elementary and high school students. It´s very successful project in the Czech Republic. ABOUT THE PROJECT: Interns will prepare presentations which will cover main cultural features of their country in comparison with Czech Republic and present them for students, will use their creativity while preparing different kind of activities: discussions, quizzes, dancing, games etc. Interns will work in classrooms or outside (surroundings of Ostrava) which will depend on weather. Interns will work with 10 students in the morning and 10 students in the afternoon. There will be also a lunch break around midday. Interns will get new groups of students every two weeks.

Also a part of the job description is an active participation in „Global village“ approximately three times during the project which includes representing dances, traditional costumes, food, games, pictures, songs, etc.

the SUMMER SPEAK! project can be an important step in your career, you will have one week of Educational Trainings at the beginning, you will have team building activities during the whole internship, food is not guaranteed, free accommodation in host families or in hostel during the whole internship and we will help you with orientation and all information which you will need

Really like the fact there was a diverse pool of trainees. It really provided that culture shock, International Experience which helps that professional aspect and personal growth aspect. Through this project, not only I got to learn more about the Czech culture, but develop myself as an individual to be more confident in myself through the constant presentation skills.
