New Website Create a website that features a 3D map of

the mall. Have individual pages for shops inside the Mall that feature information such as: Hours of Operation, Discounts, Location in Mall, (Club Member Discounts), and a General Information Section!

Note: You could charge for a personalized page!

Member Club Card Allows access to the Mall Lounge Gives special discounts at select stores in

the Mall Preferred parking spots

Mall Lounge One of the empty small shops can be

transformed into a lounge that is offered to people who have signed up for the Mall Club Rewards Program.

Offer free Wi-Fi in the Lounge Offer coffee in the Lounge Offer donuts in the Lounge

Meeting / Conference Room

Part of the Mall could be used for a Meeting Room that could be rented out for public use.

Could attract more business leaders to the Mall!

Commons Stage Transform the fountain into a removable

stage, this way the fountain area can double as a display area!

This will enable the Mall to offer live performances for shoppers! Also allows for seasonal displays!
