JELLY’S VOLLEYBALL CAMPThis is a fun camp that introduces campers to the basic skills of volleyball. SKY SUMMER SWIM LEAGUESwimmers of all levels and ages are welcome to come learn the fundamentals of what it is like to be on a swim team. Campers will have the opportunity to participate in a one-week camp that teaches safety, seamanship, boat handling, and envi-ronmental awareness. Participants must be able to swim and will have to pass a swim test prior to first day of camp. Teens will work with camp groups and shadow key camp staff in a variety of program areas. Teens should have a positive attitude, ability to work in a group setting and a willingness to work with children as young as 6 years old. Teens will have to be willing to follow and teach the YMCA core values of Respect, Responsibility, Honesty and caring. This program was designed to groom these teens into camp counselors, build their leaderships skills, let them explore different career opportunities, give them a chance to make a difference in their community and most importantly, to let them have a fun-filled summer experience. Teens in this program must be interviewed by the program director before enrolling. The hours worked will be signed off for community service hours.

CAMP SKYCampers learn through hands-on experiences, make new friendships and explore the natural world around them. Themes, field trips and special events make it a different adventure every week. SKY SWIM ACADEMYSwim students take part in a progression-based 30-minute lesson during a three-week session. Students are grouped by age and current skill level. All lessons include basic water safety and rescue, fundamentals of swimming, and progressive skill development.
