Please NoteTickets for events held at the Etihad Stadium must be purchasedthrough authorised agents only. Tickets purchased through othermeans may not be valid. The Club and Concert Promoter accept noliability. We are unable to provide you with alternative tickets shouldyou purchase in this manner, regardless of the price paid. All tickets areissued subject to the Terms and Condition of Sale, along withassociated Ground Regulations (copies are available upon request).
Dos• Do keep your ticket with you at all times.• Do bring waterproof clothing.• Do ensure all food and drink is consumed prior to entering thestadium.
Don’ts• Do not leave valuables on display in your vehicle.• Do not bring any food or drink (including water) into the stadium.• Do not put umbrellas up during performances. Large/golf umbrellasare not permitted in the stadium. Please note that the Etihad Stadiumdoes not provide a left luggage service. Any prohibited items such asgolf umbrellas must be returned to your vehicle or given up at theentrance to the stadium. All items are left at your own risk.
• Do not arrive with any sort of audio or visual recording equipment.

Timings*• Magic Weekend: City Square (Fanzone) is open from 10am onSaturday 25 May and 12pm on Sunday 26 May. Stadium doorsopen 1½ hours prior to the first match. Hospitality is scheduled tofinish 1 hour after the final whistle.
• Concerts: the Fanzone will open from 2pm with the stadium doorsopening at 5pm.

AlcoholThe consumption of alcohol in the area around the Etihad Stadium isprohibited. This includes all streets, pavements and walking routes. Itis not permissible to take alcohol onto the site. Stewards will prevententry to any person carrying alcohol.
The stadium operates a rigorous Challenge 25 alcohol policy. ID willbe required if the purchaser looks under 25.
We respectfully ask all visitors to the Etihad Stadium to drinkresponsibly. Discretion and the ultimate decision lies with thestewards as to whether you are fit to enter the stadium and / orremain in the venue if intoxicated.
Cash MachineThere is a cash machine on the Etihad Campus though we adviseyou bring enough money for the day as queues are likely. The cashmachine is located adjacent to the City Store in City Square. Other cash machines can be found at Asda Supermarket, which islocated opposite the stadium, on Alan Turing Way.
SmokingSmoking is not permitted in any areas of the Etihad Stadium. Theuse of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited. Anyone caughtsmoking or using electronic cigarettes risks being ejected from thestadium.
Street TradingUnlicensed street trading is prohibited in the streets surrounding thestadium. Official merchandise will be available from within thestadium grounds. We would advise that merchandise is onlypurchased from official suppliers.

ParkingParking is available on-site at the stadium. Fans willbe directed to the Blue car parks H & G, which can beaccessed via gate 2 from Alan Turing Way. Parkingcosts £10 for cars, £20 for minibuses and £30 forcoaches (per day) and will be open from 12pm forconcerts and 9am for the Magic Weekend. There are anumber of satellite car parks around the stadium withprices displayed upon entry. The Club does notendorse these car parks. If using these car parks,please take note of your surroundings in order toeasily find the car park when you return in the dark.
Please allow plenty of time to park and get to the stadium. Also,please note that road closures operate immediately after concerts toallow pedestrians to leave safely. This will affect all local car parksand will cause extended delays. Road closures will not be inoperation after Magic Weekend.
Residents Parking SchemeA resident parking scheme is in place in the streets around thestadium and this is strictly enforced and identified through on-streetsignage. If you park in these areas you will be fined and your vehiclemay be clamped or removed. Additionally, pedestrian gates toestates opposite the Etihad Stadium, along Ashton New Roadbetween Darley Street and Grey Mare Lane, are in operation andlocked at the end of the event to minimize noise and disruption tolocal residents. In addition to a fine, if you park in these areas yourvehicle is at risk of being locked within the area you cannot accessafter the event.
Please respect the needs of the local residents and park inauthorised car parks only.
Parking at Asda, adjacent to the stadium, is reserved for storecustomers only. Penalties will also be imposed for misuse of this carpark.
Pick-up PointsDue to the road closures it will not be possible to pick-up from thestadium or the roads adjacent to it at the end of the event. Dedicatedpick-up points will be communicated via the Club’s Events websitewhen they have been agreed with the local authorities. Signage willbe in place at the venue to direct you.
Manchester City is committed to being a good neighbour to theresidents of East Manchester. Please respect their homes andproperty by carefully disposing of your rubbish, using the toiletsprovided on the stadium grounds, adhering to the Residents ParkingScheme in operation and being mindful of minimising noise anddisruption as you leave.
Full terms and conditions of entry to events are printed on the backof your ticket. Please read these before you set off to the EtihadStadium.

Getting to theEtihad Stadium

BusesFrequent bus services operate from all directions to the stadium. Aftereach event, a fleet of dedicated buses to Manchester City Centre will beavailable on Ashton New Road which is located to the south end of thestadium.
The Etihad Stadium is easy to reach using all modes of transport and isin easy walking distance from Manchester City Centre. The enclosedinformation provides a basic overview. For more detailed informationvisit www.mcfc.co.uk/events.
WalkingThere is a safe, well lit and signposted walking route from ManchesterPiccadilly Station. Signage will direct you along the route. Please followthe ‘City Link’ signs. It will take approximately 20-minutes to walk theroute. The same route will be operational at the end of the event.Stewards will be on hand to direct you.
Metrolink (trams)The Metrolink runs from the City Centre and Piccadilly Train Stationdirectly to the Etihad Stadium and on towards Droylsden.
There is a frequent service to and from the stadium on event days, bothbefore and after the events. The journey time between the EtihadCampus stop and Piccadilly Gardens stop (City Centre) is 11 minutes.The journey time between Piccadilly Train Station and the EtihadCampus stop is 8 minutes. The Etihad Campus stop drops you directlyinto the City Square Fanzone.
Tickets must be purchased before travel – ticket machines are locatedon every Metrolink platform. If you are travelling to Manchester by train,you can usually purchase your Metrolink journey with your train ticket.
Please note that both Holt Town & Velopark stops - the Metrolinkstations on either side of the Etihad Campus - will not be operational forat least an hour after each event so we strongly advise you to use theEtihad Campus stop for your return journey.
