Registration and Payment Register and pay on-line at www.wesleyanschool.org/

summerprograms

Q: Do I have to create a new account each time I register?

A: No. For summer 2015 registration, you will only create your ac-

count once. Your information is saved for you to use or edit for

each additional child or camp. Returning campers: be sure to up-

date your child’s information, using your existing user name and

password.

Q: Will I receive a registration confirmation via email?

A: Yes, and a reminder email with details and logistics will be sent

approximately one week before the start of camp.

Q: Can I request that my child be placed with a friend?

A: Yes. We have space for you to request that your child be placed

with one friend as long as they are the same age.

Q: Is camp space limited?

A: All camps have a size limit, so sign up early. If you missed reg-

istration and a camp is full, you can sign-up for our waiting list. The

Summer Programs office will contact you if a camp space be-

comes available.

Q: When does registration close?

A: In order to ensure proper camper to counselor ratios, we will

close each camp registration 10 days prior to the start of camp.

“Can my child partici-pate in two camps in one day?”

Yes! We offer many companion camps,

so your child can enjoy a full day on

campus.

For our 12-1pm lunch break, you have

two options:

Bring lunch for you and your camper

and spend some time together in

one of our designated lunch areas.

Then, see them off to their afternoon

session.

Register for our Lunch Bunch pro-

gram when you sign up for camp

and we’ll take care of the rest!

Better hustle—camps fill up fast!

“What is your cancela-tion policy?”

Full payment is due with each camp regis-

tration. But, if you need to cancel:

Cancel 30+ days prior to the start of

camp, and 50% of camp fee will be

refunded.

Within 30-10 days of camp, $50 will be

refunded.

No money will be refunded for cancela-

tions within 10 days of the start of

camp.

A full refund will be given for any camp that

is canceled by Wesleyan School due to low

enrollment.

If you must withdraw your camper due to

illness, you and the Summer Programs

office will share the loss equally. Written

notice from a physician may be required

before the refund is issued.

If plans change and you need to switch

camps or dates of camps, call the Summer

Programs office at 678-223-2178. There is

a $25 transfer fee for each camp.

Wesleyan School reserves the right to cancel any portion of

a summer program in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Full refunds will be issued.

All smiles at Art Camp!

Already registered? Q: What should my child bring to camp?

A: All campers should wear tennis shoes—please no Crocs or sandals.

Every camper should bring a peanut-free snack and a refillable water

bottle. Prior to camp, you’ll receive an email from each head counselor

with specific camp information and further details.

Q: What about sunscreen and water?

A: We strongly encourage both. Campers are responsible for applying

their own sunscreen before camp and must bring a refillable water bottle

each day. Many campers will, at some point, be outside having fun and

need to be able to take their water with them on their travels.

Q: What about lunch?

A: Campers registered for our full-day camps enjoy snack and lunch

included in the price of camp. Campers attending both morning and af-

ternoon sessions can either (1) have their parent meet them on campus

for lunch, or (2) participate in our Lunch Bunch program. Please contact

us if you have questions about your child’s specific dietary needs or al-

lergies.

Q: Do you offer after care?

A: Yes. After care is available from 4pm-6pm each camp day; campers

will enjoy fun activities and some down-time in Warren Hall. Register

online when you sign up for camp.

Getting to and from camp Q: Where do I drop off and pick up my camper each day?

A: With the exception of golf camp, all camps are held on the campus of

Wesleyan School, 5405 Spalding Drive, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092.

You may enter campus from either Spalding Drive or Peachtree Park-

way—reference the campus map on our webpage for the most conven-

ient drop-off location. Each camp welcome letter will have specific drop-

off and pick-up information.

Q: Can I carpool with other camp families?

A: Yes. Just send a note with your camper on the first day so we know

the schedule of who will be picking them up.

Q: What if my child wants to go home with a friend at the end of

the camp day?

A: Just send notification by email or phone if your child will be riding

home with someone else. If your child is the first to inform us of a

change in pick-up routine, we’ll first verify with you by phone or email

before we allow them to ride home with someone else.

Q: What if I am running late to pick up my child?

A: If you are running late, please call the Summer Programs office at

678-223-2178 to notify us of your estimated arrival. There is a $1 per

minute late fee after 10 minutes.

“What else do I need to know?”

If you need to get a message to your camper during the day, just call

the Summer Programs office at 678-223-2178.

Lost & Found bins will be located in the main lobby of each camp build-

ing.

Wesleyan School Summer Programs will treat all campers equally and

with respect. We reserve the right to dismiss, without a refund, any

camper whose conduct we deem to be unsafe or inappropriate.

Baseball Camp is always a great time—bring the whole team!
