4:45 - 5:00 Get Together and Say Good Bye! Note: There will be class for artistic appreciation (Gu Zheng, Er Hu, Bamboo Flute, Flute and etc.) on every Tuesday. Note: *These classes are taught only in Chinese. Brief introductions about classes: Chinese Language Studies: Learning the language, including both written and oral practices on vocabularies, sentences; theme-oriented Chinese culture and custom introductions. Creative Math: Focusing on cultivation of sense of numbers, with daily practices of basic calculations (based on ages: plus, minus, times, dividends) with fun and inter-active activities. Dance / Kung Fu: Dance will include both ballet and Chinese dance exercises; while Kung Fu will teach some basic movements (though they could be suitable for all kids, we offer them especially for boys as an option instead of dance). *Theater: Suppose to be fun and challenging. Kid will participate in role play activities to learn and practice rhymes, tongue-twisters, poems, ballads, and etc. *Chinese Vocal: Will teach traditional American kids songs with lyrics translated into Chinese. *Calligraphy / Chinese painting / color: Will teach traditional Chinese painting and watercolor painting and the use of Chinese paper and brush. Final art works will be framed at the end of the camp by kids themselves. Instrument: Students will be taught about the basic techniques of playing recorder. Kids shall bring their own recorder to class. Artistic appreciation: Meet the artists!

Please Initial the following regarding payment, cancellation and refunds: 1. _______Registration in MCLIMS Summer Camp is to be paid in full at time of registration for any week I register. 2. _______If you are not a current student at MCLIMS, you must include a copy of your child’s immunization records. All immunizations must be current. 3. _______Weekly Cost of Camp is not prorated and is non refundable if I attend any day of the camp week. In addition, there are no prorations, refunds or make ups due to inclement weather. 4. _______I understand the pick up times and if I am late picking up my child from the AM Camp, I will be assessed $2.00/minute for each minute I am late payable to MCLIMS. If I am enrolled in the Full Day or PM Camp and I pick up after 5:00, I understand OAEC is responsible for my child’s supervision and any late pick up fee(s) incurred after 5:00 PM must be made payable immediately to OAEC in the form of a check or money order. 5. _______There is a cancellation fee of $25.00 on a full week. There is no proration of any week attended. 6. _______I understand if my check is returned by the bank to the school, I must pay the amount of the check in the form of a

Money Order for the exact amount and in addition, I must also provide a 2nd Money Order in the amount of $35.00 for the check return fee within 24 hours from the day the school has notified me of my returned check.

7. _______I understand there must be a minimum 30 Registrations/week for this camp to be held. If the minimum number is not met, I understand I will be refunded.

8. _______OAEC reserves the right to withdraw a child from the Summer Camp should he/she engage in activities demonstrating improper behavior. A refund will be issued on a prorated basis according to the number of days the child attended on the week of withdrawal.

3. Please be aware that we will NOT release your child to anyone unless we have it in writing. We will not make any exceptions. 4.
