Beautiful & Strong From the Inside Out - Girls Only! June 23 & June 25 1-3pm $40Being healthy and beautiful includes taking care of your body and your mind. Stretch and relax with yoga, dance away in Zumba class, and learn techniques to manage stress.

Strength & Beauty From the Inside Out - Boys Only! June 26 1-3pm $20Yoga is used by athletes, rock

climbers, and men of all professions to build strength in body and mind. Learn strength building exercises and relaxation techniques you can use at home.

Masterpeace Studios is a non-profit organization, with 4 studios: Yoga & Creative Movement, Art, Healing Arts, Food & Nutrition.

Summer programs will include activities in all 4 studios including a YogaKids or other creative movement class, games, music, and a healthy snack. Along with having fun and learning, kids will help others along the way by completing a project that will be donated to a local children‛s agency.
