WHAT IS FAITHFit?

FAITHFit is a ministry of First Baptist Church Maryville. We provide fitness opportunities for women, age 14+, of all fitness levels, regardless of church involvement.

FAITHFit supports women to personally strive for God’s best in all areas of health and to model healthy living in their families, churches, and communities.

FAITHFit desires for women to grow in all areas of health in order to experience more of the abundant life that Jesus promised in John 10:10 (NKJV):

The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
