Achat de billets:
L'enregistrement pour le festival doit être fait par le client par écrit, sur Internet, par courrier électronique, ou personnellement auprès des organisateurs de Lëtz'Tix. Le client recevra une confirmation écrite (le courrier électronique inclus) des organisateurs de Lëtz'Tix après l'enregistrement.
Mode de paiement:
Les prix de nos produits sont en Euros, toutes taxes comprises excluant les frais d’expédition de 3,99 € par billet.
Seul les virements bancaires sont acceptés, la facture doit être payée dans un délai de cinq jours après réception de la facture sur le compte : LU54 9016 4052 0812 0000.
En ligne : les informations personnelles de tous les clients sont entièrement protégées et cryptées avant la transmission au centre de traitement.
Bus:
Les heures de départ seront indiquées dans les publications actuelles. Le retour s’effectuera environ 45 minutes après la fin de l’évènement. Les billets de bus peuvent être commandés jusqu'à 10 jours avant le concert.
Annulation de billets:
Les billets sont non remboursables et non échangeables et ne peuvent pas être vendus. Vous êtes tenus de conserver votre billet pendant toute la durée de votre présence sur le lieu de l'événement.

Concerts et comédies musicales :
Les enfants de 0 à 4 ans n'ont pas besoin de billet ! Enfants de 0 à 12 doivent être accompagner par les parents.
Les adolescents de 12 à 17 ans doivent être accompagnés par un adulte âgé de 18 ans.
Festival :
Nous ne permettons à personne au-dessous de 16 ans d'assister au festival sans un adulte de 18 ans ou plus.
Une preuve d'âge ou d'identité peut être exigée !

Kauf der Tickets: Die Anmeldung für dir Festivals muss vom Kunden schriftlich, über das Internet, über E-Mail oder persönlich mit den Lëtz’Tix Organisatoren erfolgen. Der Kunde wird eine schriftliche Konfirmation (email inklusive) von den Lëtz‘ Tix Organisatoren nach der Anmeldung bekommen.
Zahlungsmethoden: Die Preise der Produkte sind in der Währung Euro, alle Steuern inklusive, ohne die Versandkosten von 3,99 € pro Ticket. Wir akzeptieren nur Banküberweisungen, die Rechnung muss innerhalb fünf Tagen nach Erhalt der Rechnung auf folgendem Konto sein: LU54 9016 4052 0812 0000. Online: Alle personenbezogenen Daten des Kunden sind vollständig geschützt und verschlüsselt, bevor sie an das Verarbeitungszentrum übermittelt werden.
Bus: Abfahrtzeiten werden in den aktuellen Publikationen angegeben. Die Rückfahrt wird 45 Minuten nach der Veranstaltung erfolgen. Die Bustickets können bis zu 10 Tagen vor der Veranstaltung bestellt werden.
Ticketstornierung: Die Tickets sind nicht rückerstattungsfähig und nicht umtauschbar und können nicht verkauft werden. Sie sind verpflichtet, Ihr Ticket während der gesamten Zeit, in der Sie am Veranstaltungsort anwesend sind, aufzubewahren.

Altersbeschränkungen: Konzerte und Musicals: Kinder von 0 – 4 Jahren brauchen kein Ticket! Kinder von 0 – 12 Jahren müssen von ihren Eltern begleitet werden. Jugendliche von 12 – 16 Jahren sind verpflichtet von einer Erwachsenen Person begleitet zu werden. Festivals: Wir erlauben keinen Eintritt unter 16 Jahren. Altersnachweis/ID kann gefragt werden!

TERMS OF SALE
General Terms and Conditions of Sale:
The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. The information sent by the client is confidential.
Purchase of Tickets:
Registration for the festival must be made by the client in writing, on the Internet, either by email, or personally with the Lëtz’Tix organizers. The client will receive a written confirmation (email included) from the Lëtz’Tix organizers after registration.
Payment methods:
The prices of our products are in Euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping charges of 3,99 € per ticket. Only bank transfers are accepted, the bill must be paid in a time limit of five days upon receipt of the invoice on the account: LU54 9016 4052 0812 0000. Online: All of the Customer’s personal information is fully protected and encrypted before being transmitted to the processing center.
Bus:
Departure times will be given in current publications. The return trip will leave about 45 minutes after the end of the main concert. Bus tickets can be ordered up to 10 days before the concert.
Ticket cancelation:
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and cannot be sold or reimbursed. You are required to keep your ticket the entire time you are present at the event location.
