Maintaining records of land. Update the land detail. Dispatch the allotment letters to the customers. Prepare Dispatch report on daily basis & monthly basis. Correspondence with the customers regarding their query. Correspondence with CSC’S regarding discrepancies in the agreements. Prepare Muster roll for the department. Prepare requisition for stationary. Maintain stationary records. Receiving & update the IOM letters.
