”APNA KAROBAR-------KUSHHAL GHAR BAR”Is a small loan product which can support competent and deprived TVET graduates those are in process to start and enhance their businesses after getting skills from ITA TVET Program under Guddi Baji or Self Sustained Paid Groups at local level. Poverty alleviation is one of the primary goals of ITA TVET program. Under sustainable livelihoods program all TVET graduate will have the opportunity to satisfy their basic needs by initiating their businesses with appropriate way through Micro credit facility to the poor segments of the society, contributes its role in the form of financial development with primarily focus on poverty alleviation.This project initiated and tested in three districts Chiniot, Toba Tek Singh, Usman Koreia KotAddu (SanjaWhara) where ITA have skilled graduates and they are enthusiastic to start and enhance their businesses.

Kiran belongs to a lower middle class family At Kamalia, her husband is a worker on daily wages. After completing her certification of beautician as a Guddi Bajji through ITA and TEVTA she started her home based business of beauty parlor and got opportunity of availing a chance of getting Micro credit. Kiran feels very confident after starting her own business she has realized the strength of her personality. She has intentions to support her family from financial point of view. She has had good business this Eid by providing services to ladies in her area .Kiran has an average of 3 customers daily with A lump sum business of around Rs 5000/- per month .she very proudly Announces that she bears the payment of the monthly installment of the loan from her savings from business.

Gulshan Tahira

Gulshan Belongs to a village of Pir Mehal. she did not knew about herqualities earlier but after joining the course and training as a GUDDI BAJJIshe started her business with a dream that she can do something in her life.Thanks to her Husband who has fully supported her and has promised tohelp her in establishment of her beauty parlor. She was leading her lifesimply as normal domestic girl and was not confident. She did not knowabout her abilities before this experience. Now she feels very confident andhas developed a desire to grow as an individual and to make a name as aprofessional. Her clients are increasing on daily and she has a business of arange of 3500 to 4000.

Sana Kanwal

Sana is a young girl. She belongs to Satellite TownChiniot.She has an only one sister and four brothers.Her family was living hand to mouth So there was bigProblem to manage all expenses. She decided to dosomething for make her family life better. So she got admission in TVET program Offered by ITA.Once she got her diploma in beautician course as she was an energetic young girl and ITA Chiniot helped her to establish her parlour through micro credit loan program and now a days she is earning good amount through parlour and she is taking part in making her family life easier.Enrolling in the Micro Credit Loanprogram has changed Sana Life completely .

Komal Ishaq Komal Ishaq lives in Muhallah Ghaforabad

district Chiniot.she has four brothers and

two sisters. One day she thinks about the art ofskills like beautician and tailoring. She requested her parents to permit her to enrol in the beautician and she admitted in beautician course by ITA atChiniot Satellite Town Centre.After three months of beautician training she received her certificate. Now she has become capable of becoming a seasoned trainer for beautician.With entrepreneurial courage and sprit has started a training centre with her Limited sources. She is hardworking and confident girls. but it was not possible to continue her work then ITA provided her the funds of 20000/ in the micro credit loan program So she made better her parlour . Now a Day she is earning Rs. 7000 per month and fulfils her family needs. Now she is a self sustained girl and She is very happy and thanks to ITA that micro credit loan has changed her life.

Musarrat ParveenMy name is “Musarat”. I am married lady with Four children (two daughters and two sons).My husband is a tenant. My family bear so many Problems due to poverty and fewer opportunities in our surroundings. I wish my children get good education and prosperous life. My family is not able to bear expenses of study for my Children. I was thinking that I will be able to provide basic education to our children? Due to lack of permanent resources sometime we slept without dinner. I was veryupset in this situation. Once I met with my neighbor Batool Mai. She told me about ITA that is going to start TVET Program (Tailoring)in our village. She advised me that I should participate in this training. After discussed with my husband I got permission to join this. It was great pleasure for me. After trainings I received interest free loan from ITA to start my own business. With the help of ITA I purchased sewing Material and started my business to stitch the cloths. I advertised my work

The villagers appreciated my hardwork.Now my business is going very well and I am so much happy in my life and I am sure that my children will be able to get better education. I am really thankful to ITA for this initiative.

Nazia BiBiMy name is Nazia and I belong to the village which islocated in Union Council Usman Koria. I am at no.1in sibling. I have four brothers and five sisters. Sourceof income is very less than expenditure. My father issuffering from illness since long time. He is unable towork for his family. In this condition he is not able to provide basic facilities to our children. My two younger brothers left their studies and do labor work and also tenant to increase his income for his family. Inspect of all this we are unable to fulfill all expenses.ITA introduced TVET Program. I participated the training of stitching & cutting (tailoring). Afterwards, interest free loan was requested to ITA and ITA supported us with Rs.20,000/-. So, I purchased sewing machine and otherrequired material for this business.I stitched clothes beautifully in return of low rates. I am also stitching student's uniform. I worked hard and become able to earn income for my family. Now my brothers and sisters go to school with

 with neat and clean dresses. I have also consulted local doctor for the treatment of my father. My father will be in his good health very soon. Inshallah
