Top Leaders Discover Success, Love With Isagenix®

M any Associates discover health and wealth through Isagenix®, but few have found the

love of their lives like Isagenix Millionaire Ron Reid and 6-Star Golden Circle Luna Pang have.

The ballroom was draped from floor to ceiling in white organza and sparkling lights as the pair wed during the 2008 “Commitment to Greatness” Celebration at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas after more than a year of courtship. For the couple, it was only fitting to marry during the biggest Isagenix event of the year. After all, it was at the 2007 Celebration where their love fully blossomed.

With Master Formulator and Founder John Anderson serving as best man and 9-Star Golden Circle Jimmy Smith and 5-Star Golden Circle Jim Rhoades by

his side as groomsmen, Ron swaggered down the aisle in a polished black suit to “I’m Too Sexy.” Self-

proclaimed “IsaBride,” Luna tearfully made her entrance in a white satin gown bejeweled at the bodice with diamond-like rhinestones. It was her “something new” purchased days before at Saks Fifth Avenue with Co-Founder Kathy Coover. Her “something borrowed” were elegant diamond and pearl earrings loaned to her by Kathy. Accompanied by her mother, Luna glided up the stage to meet Ron at the alter with an enormous bouquet of white roses and lilies in hand as a female soloist stirred the crowd of Isagenix top leaders, friends and family with her a capella version of “You Are So Beautiful.” Members of each of their teams lined both sides of the stage.

The non-traditional ceremony, arranged by 5-Star Golden Circle Andrea Frank Henkart, was complete with a sacred Hawaiian water blessing and well wishes by Jim and Kathy, John and Cher Anderson and David Wood and his life partner Michelle Dohanney. The couple chose to marry at Celebration because as Ron says “our Isagenix family means more to us than anyone in the world.” Engaged unofficially only three weeks prior, Ron made his official proposal just days before Celebration during a special dinner at an elegant restaurant in Seattle overlooking the Puget Sound. He surprised Luna with a “special dessert,” brought out by the maitre d’ on a shining silver platter. Beneath the domed silver lid was her huge, custom-made diamond engagement ring.

But that’s about as far as the glitz and glamour extends. Their relationship began in a relatively simple way. They met during one of Isagenix Executive Training Consultant David Wood’s personal development sessions and exchanged phone numbers. The phone courtship lasted for months, establishing a firm friendship and foundation for their relationship, according to the couple. After receiving the unequivocal blessing from his daughters, Ron knew he wanted Luna as part of his life forever.

“I feel extremely grateful and in awe of what I anticipate our future to become,” says Ron. “I’ve painted a beautiful canvas of my life and she’s an integral part of that.” For Luna, it was Ron’s down- to-earth nature and lack of desire for the limelight that initially intrigued her, but it was his whole-hearted acceptance of who she was that ultimately won her over.

“You make me feel so safe and that I never need to pretend to be anyone else— just me,” Luna softly told Ron during their wedding vows. “I’m so looking forward to our future together. I commit to be everything I can be for you.”

Just moments later, rings securely placed on their left hands, the officiate pronounced them “Mr. and Mrs. Reid” and Luna jubilantly jumped up and down, her smile beaming. The newlyweds walked back down the aisle they to the Beatles song “All You Need Is Love.” Following the ceremony, dozens gathered for a champagne and cake reception to toast the couple.

“Isagenix makes dreams come true. Luna and Ron are such beautiful souls and I’m so excited for them,” said Kathy Coover, slipping off her heels for a moment. “They’re going to create magnificent things for themselves and for Isagenix.”

The couple, their wedding party and friends capped off the night at Jimmy Smith’s Mardi Gras Party where they took to the makeshift dance floor for their first dance as husband and wife They still have yet to plan their honeymoon, but Luna says it could be in Australia so they can mix business with pleasure and meet one part of their international team.

Ironically, just before the ceremony, Luna visited her Back Office and realized that her wedding day also fell on one of the biggest Isagenix milestones for her: August 5 marks the anniversary of the day she fell in love with Isagenix and joined the company as an Associate.

“I have achieved every dream I’ve wanted and now what I never expected,” says Luna. “People join Isagenix to get what they want, and they end up getting what they didn’t think they could ever have. How beautiful is that? That’s what Isagenix means to me; it truly is everything. This community truly helps make dreams come true.”
