I 2010 I tt d d th d ti f ‘Th Li ’ F ’ • In 2010 I attended the production of ‘The Lion’s Face’ in the Royal College of Music and Drama. A chance encounter with a gentleman called Phil Thomas who at the time was the Creative Director for the Gwanwynfestival. This encounter lead to a whole new project festival. This encounter lead to a whole new project being born. ‘The Minds Eye project’.

• Both Phil and myself had no idea at the time where this project would lead or the impact it would have on project would lead or the impact it would have on individual lives.

• So the ‘Minds Eye’ project was born because two people from completely different back rounds were simply from completely different back rounds were simply willing to have a go at something that had never been tried before.
