Habits are easily formed especially bad ones, such as over-eating drinkingand smoking. Once formed, they are difficult to be got rid of. Idlenessandover-work are also matters of habits. Bad habits must be fought against.They should not be allowed to be formed, and when formed, one should tryto give them up at all costs.The habit of consuming tobacco is one of the most widespread and mostharmful habits. None has claimed any good for it. Again, more harmfulthan this, is the drinking habit. Alcohol of any kind is poison, even if takenin small quantities.
