Trial Production

Before starting the production of each order, a trail production is arranged usually. The output of the trail production is checked

and approved by the production manager as well as the pattern

master. Upon successful completion of the trail production,

the pattern master finalizes the patterns for bulk cutting and

sewing.

FittingAll samples as well as garments

picked up randomly from the bulk production goes through fitting testing order to ensure correct

shape/fitting of the finished garments. These fitting tests are mainly done through the “Wolf forms” or Mannequins.

Sometimes, if necessary the fitting tests are also done with the live or actual models. Using live models helps assure garments reaction to motion and get feed back on fit

and feel.

SamplingUpon confirmation of an order, the sample section is instructed

to make the sample for fit /styling approval. After receiving the buyer’s

affirmation, sample section goes for size set sampling as per the

specs given by customer. This is mandatory that all samples must be checked by the pattern master & merchandising section prior to submitting to customer. Our

sample section also provides photo samples or pre-production

samples as needed.

DesignNot only do we provide the best

sampling but we also provide a cost effective design solution to our valued

customers. Following the current season’s forecast from WGSN and

major fashion fair,we make two collections a year to support our customer’s product range. Different techniques and

washes frequently applied to introduce new ideas and also we try to understand other manufactures innovative techniques throughout the world to implement and enrich

our technicallibrary.

Our sample section is enriched with efficient pattern makers and highly trained technicians, who are always ready to take challenges for new silhouettes and patterns. We maintain a technical library to support our customer when necessary and we always keep the records of our mistakes to avoid the future repetition.

We use facilities with full time medical staff and daycare center and separate prayer

rooms for men and women. The building also has adequate toilets, dressing rooms

and supplies uniforms for the staff. Along with sufficient lighting and fresh air flow throughout the building, the company

provides clean, purified water for the staff.

For the safety matters the company is very well equipped with all type s of fire safety equipment and procedures. The

company strictly maintains the labor law by prohibiting any employment of child,

forced or prison labor.

Strict adherence to performance requirements for raw material, individual dye-lot approvals prior to shipment of yarn, and testing of raw material for physical and chemical

characteristics by accredited textile testing laboratories prior to release for production ensures that raw material are of the highest quality.

Final patterns are checked thoroughly against measurements provided to control spec deviation. Ply numbering, stickers and bundling is followed to control shading within lots.

Random sampling is done prior to cutting to determine shrinkage and any other characteristic that may exist in the fabric.

QA team carries out final inspection of the finished products based on AQL prior to final audit by customer inspectors or third party audit agencies. We are committed to satisfying all of our customers by supplying quality products with zero tolerance to defects. We will
