HOW TO GET STARTED. . .

1 . SELECT YOUR STYLEThe style of the hat generally determined by the number of panels it

has or the shape of the crown. Each style has a specific look and feel

based on how the hat is assembled.

2. CHOOSE THE STRUCTUREThe structure of the hat will determine the flexibility and shape

profile. Choose between structured crown and an unstructured

crown.

3. CHOOSE THE VISOR SHAPEChoose between a rounded or squared bill shape. Then select a

curled bill or a flat bill structure.

4. PICK THE FABRICS/ MATERIALSOur custom hats can be made from many different fabrics and

blends. Select the materials that best fit your style and design, or

create your own pattern or print.

5. PICK YOUR COLORSPick the color(s) for the the crown and the visor

6. PERSONALIZE THE LABELINGCustomize your hat with your personal branding or artwork.

Choose from any of our standard branding options and get

creative with your design.

7. SELECT A CLOSURESelect a closure .. Match the style and color to your branding.

Thick cotton fabric with velvety ribs The unstructured profile gives it a great deal of flexibility...Literally.

The structure of the hat will determine the flexibility and shape profile of the hat. Choose between the standard structured hat and the unstructured hat.

Choose between a rounded or squared bill shape. Then select a curled bill or a flat bill structure. If you want to come up with your own modified visor shape, we can make that happen.

This type of closure is commonly found on the Camp Cap and other unstructured hats. The color of the nylon strap can change based on the design of the hat, however we only offer a black plastic buckle.

This type of closure is commonly found on the Dad Hat and other unstructured hats. Since the strap is made of cloth, you can choose from any color to match your design.

The Velcro closure is the most simple option. It can be made in any color to match the design of your hat.
