This prominent Moscow-based educational and research center was founded in 1991 on the basis of the Moscow State Institute for History and Archives.

The Russian New University is a non-state funded college, which is entitled to enroll students on a state-financed basis. Its alumni are real experts in business, economics, management, law and other spheres.
