1. Name and define six types of poetry.
2. Explain the difference between a simile and a metaphor.
3. What’s the difference between prose and poetry?
4. Find a poem from a famous poet and explain how it relates to your own life.
5. What is your favorite type of poetry and why? (ex: limerick, haiku, etc.)
6. How would you describe the mood of the poem “Eletelephony” by Laura Richards?
