Students are able to generate a one-time login through their VTAC User Account. The login details will need to be forwarded to the person nominated to provide the ‘Statement of Support’. This will enable the support provider to login and submit the statement electronically. The login details will need to be forwarded to the person nominated to provide the ‘Statement of Support’.

STEP 4This is the screen that appears once you’ve selected ‘Generate a one-time login’.

Here you will find the ‘Statement of Support’ site address, ‘Login’ and ‘Password’ details. These are required by your support provider to enable them to access and complete the ‘Statement of Support’.

There are two ways you can forward these details to your support provider.

Option 1If you have your support providers email address, you can email the details directly to them from this page. 1. Check the box ‘I would like to email

this information to my provider’ 2. Enter your providers email address in

the box provided3. Select the ‘Email’ button and send
