Create an Account/Forgotten Password

A student can create an acco nt or retrie e a forgottenaccount or retrieve a forgotten password by using the appropriate menu tab.

Launch Page1. Click the ‘Add Elements’ icon to view available information blocks.2. Drag and drop the desired blocks onto the launch page.3. Click the check mark to save changes.

Launch PageClicking on ‘What is my ID’ triggers a pop-up that asks for either a birth date or social security number. Once the information is submitted, the ID number appears on the screen.

Student Schedule (WB/Q15, WEBSRQ15)Students can view a summary of their schedule, view materials lists and/or notes about each class and download their schedule to their Google or Outlook calendar.

Detailed Student Schedule (WB/004, WEBSRQ04 )

The detailedThe detailed student schedule generally provides the same information as would be seen on a student’s transcripttranscript.

Term information can be hidden by clicking show/hide.

Grade Report (WB/Q23, WEBSRQ23)

The grade report can be used to view the student’s standing, their grades, and the elements/factors that generated the grade and term totals.

Holds Query (WB/Q12, WEBSRQ12)

Students can view details of holds that may be placed on their record.

Graduation Check List (WB/G06, WEBSRG06)Students can review their data to make sure that all of their information is up to date and that they’ve completed everything before applying to graduate. As information is reviewed and updated, a check mark appears next to each item.

Update Personal Information (WB/Q02, WEBCQ02)

Personal information for the student can be updated from the Graduation Checklist screen or from the Student Records menu tab. • Name information can be changed and updated.• Other personal information can be changed by clicking the appropriate

button. Information can be edited, deleted or added. • Changes in information are reviewed and approved by administrators

before being applied to the student’s recordbefore being applied to the student s record.

Degree Audit (WB/601, WEBDAG01)

• The date the degree audit was run will be displayed.• Click on the icon to view the Degree Audit.• If a change in classes or grades has occurred since the last degree audit

was run, a new audit can be requested.

The student can view their Billing Detail Summary from the Graduation Checklist screen or from the Financial menu tab.

Application to Graduate (WB/G06, WEBSRG06)An application to graduate can be submitted from the Web.

Highlighted items are mandatory fields.

The student can receive a copy of the request by making sure that their email address appearsemail address appears in the Cc field.

Transcript Request (WB/G01, WEBSRG01)The request a transcript form allows the student to specify how many transcripts are to be sent

A student can view their information as entered into their Data Book. If the student allowed the option, this information is viewable by others when performing a Data Book search.

Financial Aid Award Letter (WB/501, WEBFAQ01)The student can view all of the financial aid awarded for the year

Accept/Decline Financial Aid (WB/FA1, WEBFAG01)• The student can accept all, decline all or accept/decline each line item. Loan

award amounts can also be changed. • Click the [Accept/Decline Financial Aid] button

Room Search (WB/Q00, WEBSHQ00)Room/bed availability and room restrictions, as well as the amenities available within each room can be searched.

A request can be made for 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice for available housing.

Meal Plan Request (WB/H02, WEBSHG02)A meal plan request can be submitted via email by selecting the appropriate information, then clicking the ‘Request’ button. A copy of the email will be sent to the prospect.

Housing Application Status (WB/Q01, WEBSHQ01)A summary is available for the prospect to view their room and meal plan request details.

Housing Confirmation (WB/R31, WEBSHR31)A student can view their confirmation for housing and print a copy of the confirmation utilizing the link.

Request Parking Sticker (WB/P01, WEBPSG01)A request for a parking sticker can be made by filling out the information, then clicking the ‘Request’ button to submit the application. A copy of the request is automatically sent to the prospect.

Change Password (WB/102, WEBCOS01)

A password can be changed at any time. It must be a combination of at least 6 characters and should utilize a combination of letters, numbers and case.

Current Filter Settings (WB/Q03, WEBCOQ03)

Current Filter Settings set the parameters for any information that is retrieved on the Web portal. i.e. if the term is set for Spring 2014, all information viewed will relate to that term.

These filters can also be set using the link found on many screens on the Web and by using the Current Filter Settings element on the home pageand by using the Current Filter Settings element on the home page.

Who is My Advisor (WB/Q18, WEBSRQ18)A student can use the Advisor link to view their advisor.

Staff Directory (WB/Q21)

The staff directory provides the contact information for all staff members. • A search can be limited by utilizing the available parameters.• An email can be sent by clicking the staff members email address.
