Making An Offer

Having chosen a property you will need to come into the office and complete the necessary paperwork. You will need to bring with you some photo I.D. and your holding deposit. Where applicable, consenting guarantors details must be provided at this time. Once the negotiations have been completed (we do this for you) you then have 5 days to pay your deposit which is registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. We will give you a specimen contract to read and will answer any questions you may have. (Deposit is 5 weeks rent).

Signing Your Contract And Moving In

We will prepare a contract that you will need to sign when the deposit is paid. The rent is due on the day your tenancy starts and is payable by standing order on the same day each month. You will need to collect keys from our office where we will give your group a moving-in information pack.
